While our shop is always “open” - we are technically here 9am-5pm est. If you message us after hours- we may not respond until the next business day.
Proofs are sent after purchase via Etsy messaging only- you will have the chance to review and make changes before any item is sent to production. Please make sure you check your Etsy messages and make sure your email notification are set to 'on'. PRODUCTION DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL APPROVAL IS RECEIVED.
(Business days are Monday - Friday, so if you pay Thursday- count business days as Thursday**, Friday, Monday, Tuesday). **if purchased after 11:30am - purchase day doesn't count as business day in production.
RUSH PRODUCTION
Most times we try to accommodate orders that need quicker turnarounds if our production schedule allows, but expedited shipping may still need to be purchased depending on your timeframe and our production schedule. Message us to see your options.
Priority and Express shipping methods available as well.
SHIP TIMES
We have a solid 5/7 business day turnaround BEFORE items ship. This turnaround time starts AFTER your proof has been approved, nit when you purchased your item. We can't guarantee shipping timeframes. The USPS timeframes fluctuate depending on the time of year. We have no control over ship times if standard shipping is chosen at checkout. Priority and Express shipping is available at checkout. Priority is a 2-4 day shipping time but NOT GUARANTEED. The only guaranteed shipping option is Express 1- 2 day- and by 'guaranteed', they mean it will be refunded if not arrived in the stated time.

We ship to the address you leave at checkout. If you find that it is incorrect after shipping, we will charge to reship.
We do not accept returns on any made-to-order or personalized items.
********* INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS *********
If you are ordering outside the US and require your order in 6 weeks or less, I can no longer guarantee your order will arrive in less than 4-6 weeks.
Due to increased shipping times and prolonged customs hold ups (or possibility of holding for 4-6 weeks in your country's customs department)
We CANNOT guarantee shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience. International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes upon arrival. We do not mark orders as "gifts" or lower values to circumvent these fees. Customer is responsible for these extra costs and if package is refused- no refunds for custom orders will be given and added shipping costs will be customer's responsibility.

Custom and personalized orders
We LOVE custom projects! Just convo us with your ideas and needs and we will let you know pricing based on your specs.
I have a logo... can you use it on stickers or tags?
Yes! As long as your file meets our file requirements, we can print it! We need high resolution jpeg or tiff (300dpi or higher at size) or the vector file (eps or ai).
Foiled items require all black artwork at the same specs above. If you're not sure, just convo us and we'll review your file before-hand.
Do you mark international deliveries as gifts?
No we don't. We mail all international orders marked as 'merchandise' at full cost of the product purchased. Many countries charge import fees/taxes upon on arrival. Please be aware of the fees in your country, you are responsible for these fees. If you refuse delivery of a custom-made product due to the fees or any other reason, you will not receive a refund.
Do you offer rush production and expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Priority 2-4 day and Express 1-2 day both available upon checking out (US only).
We don’t offer rush production options. Our turnaround is a SOLID 5/7 business days AFTER proof approval, not purchase date.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any personalized/custom product. Any typos/errors that are printed after proof approval become the customers responsibility regardless of the text supplied- so be sure to check that all info is correct. Reprint costs will be due. We send a proof for you to approved or make changes. So the opportunity to review before printing is made available.
If you refuse delivery, no refund will be offered.
Where's my order?
Keep in mind - the turnaround for all orders is a solid 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping after you've approved your proof. If your order has shipped, you can go into your account and see your purchases and track them if they have been shipped.
If your order has been marked delivered but you haven't received it- you need to contact your local post office for resolution. We can't resend or refund orders that have been marked delivered.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Unfortunately- we only offer quantity discounts. These kick in at about 350+ pcs. These do not apply to foiled items only flat ink printing. Our pricing is fixed.
